Kirk has substantial transaction experience in business and real estate matters including residential and commercial real estate law and closings. Recently, this has included several asset purchase and sales, commercial real estate sales. and refinance transactions in excess of a million dollars. As a trial lawyer, Kirk has litigated real estate cases, which recently included a favorable jury verdict in a partition action. He also has litigated cases involving contracts, employment law. and personal injury. Kirk remains one of the leading New Hampshire attorneys in workers’ compensation-related risks for employers and insurers.
