Kirk Trombley As a trial lawyer, Kirk has litigated cases at administrative agencies, such as the Labor Department, in trial courts, and in appellate courts such as the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He remains one of the leading New Hampshire attorneys in workers’ compensation-related risks for employers and insurers. Kirk’s practice also includes the formation of wills, trust and estate management, and a business formation and management practice that includes employment matters and consultation. He continues to handle real estate matters in the firm.
