Paul Kfoury, Jr. is an experienced litigator with a specialty in workers’ compensation defense matters to include: premium audits, wage and hour, workers’ compensation coverage, DOL compliance/fines, classification disputes involving NCCI and the NH Insurance Department, and DES hearings and audits. Paul also frequently represents insurance companies, government entities, third party administrators, and self-insured employers before the Department of Labor, Compensation Appeals Board, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
In 2023, Paul was inducted as a Fellow in The College of Workers Compensation Lawyers, a national organization established to honor those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of workers compensation. Paul has also been selected by his peers for his legal representation in the area of workers’ compensation. This recognition includes being selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in Workers Compensation Law – Employers.
He has also spoken at workers’ compensation seminars presented by the New Hampshire Adjusters Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is past chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s workers’ compensation section. He also served two, three year terms on the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Appeals Advisory Board.
Paul enjoys spending his spare time with his family, golfing (especially with his daughter) and walking his dogs.
