Paul Kfoury, Jr., is an experienced litigator with a specialty in workers compensation and employment law. He regularly counsels employers, government entities, business owners, human resource, and insurance representatives.
He frequently represents insurance companies, government entities, third party administrators, and self-insured employers before the Department of Labor, Compensation Appeals Board, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Attorney Kfoury has been selected by his peers for his legal representation in the area of workers compensation. This recognition includes being selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in Workers Compensation Law – Employers.
He has also spoken at numerous workers compensation seminars presented by the New Hampshire Adjusters Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
He is past chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Workers Compensation section. He also served two, three-year terms on the New Hampshire Workers Compensation Appeals Advisory Board.
Mr. Kfoury enjoys spending his spare time with his family, golfing (especially with his daughter) and walking his dogs.
